本屆電視金鐘戲劇類女配角競爭激烈，最後由在「失去你的那一天」劇中有精彩表現的劉瑞琪出線，抱回大獎。劉瑞琪感謝家人、老公一路走來支持，能夠得獎她直說「很爽」！劉瑞琪說：『(原音)我記得前天我上fb的時候， 我按了一個今年大家說今年代表你的字是甚麼，結果迸出來是一個爽字，拿到獎很爽！謝謝評審團的肯定。』
戲劇類男配角之爭則頒給賀一航，評審團稱讚賀一航在「長不大的爸爸」裡以舉重若輕的方式，充分詮釋一個不善表達情感的傳統台灣男人，表演自然流暢、具多變性，喪妻後的悲戚演技，尤其令人動容。
其他得獎名單還包括科學節目獎「流言追追追」；兒童少年節目獎「小O事件簿」；迷你劇集／電視電影新進演員獎：「仔仔」(陳鼎中)；迷你劇集／電視電影導演獎：詹京霖／；兒童少年節目主持人獎：亞里(廖敏君)、黃靖倫／成語賽恩思。
